Floridian's of all ages are eligible to receive services from Sertoma, regardless of income. The application for our hearing aid assistance program (clinic) is located below.

Please note Sertoma now offers a program designed to provide hearing aids free of charge to children in Florida! For eligibility and more information, please click here.
